Manufacturing process

Six machines, one production line

Granules in, finished compostable bags out. Each machine plays a specific role.

Dryer

Pre-heats raw material and removes any moisture before extrusion.

Extruder

Converts compostable granules into film at controlled temperature, size, and GSM thickness.

Cutting & sealing

Cuts and seals film to the desired bag length. Single or double decker.

Punching

Punches handle shapes (D-cut, W-cut, C-cut) per customer design.

Compressor

Heavy-duty air compressor supplies fully automatic air to the line on demand.

Cooling tower

Cools the machinery during 24-hour runs. Also a critical safety system.

Compete with plastic

The economics actually favour you

India banned plastic carry bags below 120 microns. Compostable bags have no such limit. Most commercial production runs at 25–60 microns, and special orders up to 75 microns.

Most popular spec: 30–40 microns for everyday carry bags in sizes like 8×10, 10×12, 11×14, 13×16, 16×20.

Result: more pieces per kilogram than plastic ever delivered. Better unit economics, full legal compliance, no PCB raids.

Compostable bags are simply the better business choice today.
